Silver Darlings Wave

This subtle blue wave has been embossed with shapes of the fish and looks striking with the sun or a candle behind it.

All my glass items are made by hand and for this piece the fish are carved into a flat piece of aquamarine glass for an initial firing. The glass has then been fired again over a mould to create the lovely flowing shape that captures bubbles between the fish to give a sense of motion.

The wave measures 25cm long and 7cm high.
