From the silver darlings of herring and mackerel which were once the lifeblood of the islands to the sea and surf of the West coat, Harris has some amazing sights. The fish are still plentiful in the waters from mid Summer to the end of Autumn and fresh catches are much sought after in the villages around the Bays of Harris
